All orders will be dispatched from Sri Lanka via DHL air freight typically within 3-5 working days. This lead time is required purely for the processing of export permits to safely and legally export your order to your doorstep.

You will be updated with the tracking number upon dispatching the order.

All orders are exported with necessary documents received from state departments in Sri Lanka.

• Forestry Approval: Forestry Department of Sri Lanka

Please note that you will be charged a small fee for your order which is mandatory to be paid in order to receive the above mentioned permits.

All taxes and duties imposed by the Sri Lankan Customs will be beared by Pintanna.

Pintanna is not responsible for the Taxes & Duties imposed upon receiving the order in your country. However, we will support you to reduce these charges if possible. 

Oud is a personal product by its nature and as such, we cannot accept returns for reasons of Health & Safety as well as our duty to ensure that you receive an unused bottle of oil or chips.
